Lorca Yoga is my expression of a heart centred practice of movement, meditation and inquiry Through the design and delivery of personalised sessions, Lorca yoga fosters and supports physical, emotional, social and spiritual development.
I live in the continual practice of nourishing, enhancing and sustaining my mind, heart, physical body and soul. Through studies, discoveries, workshops, workplaces, travel and the experience of motherhood, I have only become more devoted to the pursuit of wellness and personal inquiry for all individuals, particularly women, families and youth.
Been born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, I feel most at home in nature. I love detail and beauty, and experiences that bring freedom and joy. My morning practice is my anchor and I relish in pottering around the house and garden with my partner Sean, our two sons Orlando and Louie and our dogs Oceana and Freddy John.
Lorca sessions are intuitive, considered, detailed and nurturing. I find the process of designing and delivering each experience a natural expression of my essence. WHY LORCA?
LORCA stands for Love, Om, Radiate, Create and Affirm. These guiding principles act as the foundation of Lorca's purpose. Through my sessions I aim to foster the feelings, sensations and lived experience of spaciousness internally and externally, so individuals are better able to live in clarity, confidence and connection to themselves and to the environment around them.
